Government of India makes no provision of charging of any emergency fees or additional fees for grant of
any emergency / express e-visa.
Those travelling to India are also advised to go through instructions available on the website of Bureau
of Immigration at https://boi.gov.in.
Please note that complimentary transportation will be provided for all registered guests between the hotel and the conference venue. In addition, airport transfers (arrival and departure) between the airport and the designated hotel(s) will also be arranged.
These transportation services will be available throughout the conference, including on the banquet day.Getting to the Research Park is straightforward, especially from Kolkata’s local airport. For those traveling from Mumbai or Delhi, the journey concludes with a final leg from Kolkata Airport.
